Hen harrier, buzzard, sparrow hawk, raven, kestrel, red grouse, meadow pipit curlew, cuckoo, pheasant, mute, and whopper, swan, golden plover, skylark, snipe, kingfisher, swallow, stonechat, grasshopper warbler, willow warbler, goldcrest, coal tit, chaffinch, siskin, redpoll, reed bunting, woodpigeon, wren, dunnock, robin, blackbird, song thrush, mistle thrush, wagtail, dipper, mallard duck, widgeon, barn owl and gulls in winter.

MAMMALS

Pine martin, fox, badger, hare, rabbit, bat, otter, field mice, rat, red and fallow deer, wild goats, red and grey squirrel.

TREES

Beech, oak, horse chestnut, hawthorn yew, Scot’s pine, rowan/mountain ash, ash, holly, alder, hazel sycamore, silver and downy birch, sitka, Norway spruce, larch, lodgpole pine and Douglas fir.

AQUATIC
